Shipping policy

For Local Poi Pick Up, please refer to your confirmation email for your pick up time and location.

Our web orders are for frozen Poi and Kulolo only. Each kulolo is 1 lb. 

All orders are in 5 lbs increments and shipping is included in total cost. Online orders will be shipped out every Monday.  Our weekly cut-off for filling orders is Friday at 6:00pm HST. If you order after the cut-off, your order will ship the Monday after next. (Example: if you order on Saturday, Sunday or Monday, your order will ship out in 7-10 days)

Although frozen, when re-heated, the products still come very ʻONO!!! Try um!
